This tool performs ΔΔCt (Delta Delta Ct) calculations for qPCR data analysis. It takes raw Ct values from your experimental and control samples, normalizes them using a reference (housekeeping) gene, and computes relative gene expression levels. The output helps determine fold change in gene expression between treated and control groups using the widely accepted 2^-ΔΔCt method.
